It's been a long time...

Not only has it been awhile, but so much has changed since 2018. Where do I start? There hadn’t been much thought to leaving San Diego until this once in a lifetime opportunity presented itself when a home, plus some land, became available very close to the pecan orchard. My husband and I flew out to view the property, instantly fell in love with it, and made the purchase. During that time, my husband and I welcomed a baby boy into our lives, said our final goodbyes to San Diego, and moved our little family out to Louisiana. Our land will eventually become home to more pecan trees for Calianna.

I had taken a step back from Calianna as I learned how to navigate the world with my first born. Now that we’re living in Effie and getting used to everything that comes with it, you’ll see me making new posts on social media from time to time. There’s so much to do it makes me nutty just thinking about it! Thank you for continuing to share your time with us. We can’t wait for the 2020 harvest. I hope you’re just as excited as we are!
